Maria Burcheci
Maria Burcheci has been working in adult and senior healthcare for more than 20 years. She has been a caregiver, and has helped her friends and family open and operate high-quality adult homes.
In addition to her professional experience, Maria also cared for her 100-year-old grandmother in the final months of her life. She has seen firsthand how difficult the process of choosing appropriate housing can be, and understands the challenges that aging adults and their families face as they navigate the variety of care options.
She finds deep satisfaction in her work, and is dedicated to helping people.
“Usually people are feeling anxious and emotional when they call,” Maria says. “But at the end of our discussion they say, ‘I’m so glad I called you.’ I love that I can help people that way.”

Eli Burcheci provides expert guidance and nurturing comfort for families throughout the process. He is passionate about helping families find the perfect solution, and his psychology degree helps him provide an even deeper level of support and assistance.
“We are there to listen and to help, during what can be a very emotional time,” he says. “My favorite part is at the end, when they say, ‘You found Mom and Dad the perfect place to live.”
